We are quite flexible and try to do our best to understand our students' circumstances, but there is 24 hour cancellation policy ie if you warn the tutor about the cancellation of a class less than 24 hours before it is supposed to start we ask you to pay 100% of the fee. This policy is applied in order that we can make the best use of our tutors’ time and thus be able to offer the best service to our students.
Students funded by their employer should submit a signed sponsorship document when applying. This should be a letter from the employer on the organisation's headed paper, stating the student's name and the amount of sponsorship. An invoice will then be raised and sent from us directly to the employer.
Students who wish to retract their registration with us must contact us at least two weeks before the start of course in order to be eligible for a full refund. During the last two weeks before the start of the course applicants requesting a refund will be charged a 25% administration fee (and so will only be eligible for a refund of 75% of the original fee).
Once a course has started we will not issue any refunds or accept any deferrals.
Please note that if you paid by cash or cheque we can only refund you in the form of a cheque. This can take up to four weeks.
